Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [7-10] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-7] business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to internationally at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or contact us at vibeshifttees@gmail.com.
